Your Questions, Answered
A virtual mailbox service provides you with a real street address where you can receive mail and packages. We receive your mail, scan it digitally, and make it available through an online portal. You can then choose to have mail forwarded, pick it up in person, or have it securely stored.
Once you complete the signup process and we receive your Form 1583, your virtual mailbox will be active within 24-48 hours. You'll receive login credentials to access your online portal.
You can request that we recycle, shred, or return unwanted mail through your online portal. Recycling is unlimited on all plans, and shredding costs $0.15 per request.
Absolutely! In-person pickup is available during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-3PM) for $2.00 per visit. Valid photo ID is required.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payments are processed monthly on the 5th of each month, with a 10-day grace period before late fees apply.
